In the course of our work we are often asked to create a new identity or to freshen
up a tired or dated brand. Organisations increasingly recognise the importance of
a distinctive and appropriate 'public face'. The way an organisation presents itself
to the world can make a huge difference to the effectiveness of it's communication.
Branding is also important - to make your organisation memorable and recognisable.
Branding should be consistent across all media. So when we are devising a new identity
we make sure that we consider how the logos, typefaces and colours will work on
the web, on printed matter and in signage.
This popular town-center surfing store required a re-brand to re-position itself
from a cool 'surf-shack' type business to a more sophisticated store selling clothing
and life-style accessories as well as surf equipment.
