Introduction

We have been creating websites since 1997 and we like to think our experience shows. As well as the standard design and build service, we offer the following advanced features: e-commerce; content management systems; database driven websites with dynamic content; streaming media including video and audio; and Flash animation. The websites we build are accessible and easy to use. We also offer a full hosting and management service on our own dedicated server.

How we work

If you would like to commission a website or update your old site, please get in touch. The process we like to adopt is as follows:

• First of all we try to understand what makes your business or organisation tick.
  We feel that if we understand you, we can build a website that suits you down to the ground.
• We will usually ask you for a brief – a clear and concise statement of your requirements.
  (If you don't want to write one, we can take a verbal brief at the meeting).
• We then prepare a Proposal and Costing.
  This document states clearly what you will get, how much it will cost and how long it is going to take.
• After review of the Proposal we will make changes if necessary and the Proposal will form the specification for the new website. Costs and time-scales will be agreed.
• We always put our new websites on a secure “test server” so that you will be able to login and review the website as it progresses - changes can be made efficiently and quickly and you will see the results straight away.
• During the website building phase, we are happy to hold progress meetings and make changes and adjustments as we go along so that you will always be involved.
• The final stage will be approval and sign-off.
• We are always happy to make minor changes and correct any snagging issues after the website has launched.

Content Management Systems.
If you would like to be able to update and manage your website yourself, we are able to create a bespoke content management systems (CMS). The CMS will be easy to use because we build it specifically for you. Some “off the shelf” systems can be confusing – with lots of complicated features that you may never use

Hosting
We are able to provide a full hosting and domain management service.
