The Whitby Cobbler was established over 20 years ago and specialises in selling British handmade shoes.

The owner, Sam Jackson had been using a SquareSpace website for a number of years, and while happy with it in many ways, it needed a complete visual overhaul and a number of features adding, that the SquareSpace platform couldn’t provide.

Using the provided logo as a starting point, Media Vision created a new online identity with a view to conveying a quality up-market feel.

The website was built on the flexible and powerful WooCommerce platform. The store has the following advanced features:

• Advanced search facility including predictive search
• Mega menu
• Integration of Klarna payment facility
• Gift Card feature
• Online Chat facility

As well as design and development we also provided photography for the banners including footwear and the shop interior.
